Terms of Service

Version 2026-11-06.2 · updated 6 November 2026

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) apply to your use of the RevScen app and related services (the “App”). RevScen is a live map where car, motorcycle and motorsport enthusiasts share events at legal tracks and venues: from track days, drift, drag racing, rally, circuit and formula racing, karting, motocross, enduro, trial and speedway to jet sport, circuit powerboats, and car and motorcycle meets and group drives.

The App is provided by MRN Services OÜ, registry code 14444657, Mustamäe tee 137-118, 12918 Tallinn, Estonia, e-mail info@revscen.app (“we”, “us”). By ticking the box when you sign up, or by continuing to use the App after we have told you about an update, you agree to these Terms. How we handle personal data is explained in the Privacy Policy.

Regional supplements: EU / EEA / UK / Switzerland · United States · Rest of world

This page contains the supplements for all regions. The app shows the one for your region.

1. The short version

This summary is only for convenience. The full Terms below are what count.

  • RevScen is for legal events only: tracks, closed courses, ice tracks and private land, with all the permits and permissions the event needs. Street racing and other illegal activity are not allowed. We remove it and close the accounts behind it.
  • RevScen is a map. We do not organise events, sell tickets or check safety. Events can change or be cancelled, and motorsport is dangerous. You take part at your own risk.
  • You are responsible for what you post. Use the report button if something is wrong.
  • We may remove content or accounts that break these Terms. We tell you why, and you can appeal.
  • These Terms never take away your mandatory consumer rights.

2. Agreement and changes

These Terms, the Privacy Policy and the supplement for your region (at the end of these Terms) form the agreement between you and us. If the supplement conflicts with the main text, the supplement prevails for users in that region.

We may update these Terms, for example when we add features or the law changes. We will tell you in the App before material changes take effect, normally at least 30 days ahead, and ask you to accept the new version. If you do not agree, you can stop using the App and delete your account. A change that is needed immediately for legal or security reasons may take effect sooner.

The Terms are available in English and Estonian. If they differ, the English version prevails, except where mandatory law lets you rely on the version in your own language.

3. Eligibility and your account

You must be at least 16 years old. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you confirm that your parent or guardian allows you to use the App.

You create an account by signing in with Apple or Google (or another method we offer). Give correct information and keep your sign-in secure. One person may have one account. You are responsible for what happens under your account; tell us at info@revscen.app if you think someone else is using it.

You may not use the App if we have closed your account for breaking these Terms, or if you are subject to sanctions imposed by the EU, the UN, the United States or the United Kingdom.

4. What RevScen is, and what it is not

  • RevScen is an information service: a map of events and venues that users, organisers and our administrators add. Events can be live now or planned up to 12 months ahead, and each lasts up to 7 days.
  • We are not the organiser, host, promoter or operator of any event or venue shown in the App. We do not sell tickets, handle payments, or check permits, insurance, safety measures or the accuracy of listings. Prices, times and places come from the people who post them and can be wrong, out of date or cancelled. Always check with the organiser.
  • The “Like” and “Dislike” votes and the “Called off” marks show the opinion of other users. They do not show that an event is lawful, safe or going ahead, and they are not a statement by us or by the organiser.
  • RevScen has no built-in navigation. When you tap navigate, the location is passed to a map app of your choice (such as Waze, Google Maps or Apple Maps) and that app’s terms apply. Never use your phone while driving and always follow traffic law.
  • We try to keep the App available but do not promise uninterrupted service. We may change, limit or discontinue features.

5. Legal events only

RevScen exists to help people find lawful events: at race tracks, closed courses, ice tracks, motocross and karting tracks, private land or premises, and car and motorcycle meets and cruises in places and on routes where the owner or organiser has given permission and traffic rules are followed, with any permits and insurance the law requires.

You must not use RevScen to organise, promote, advertise, coordinate or locate any of the following:

  • street racing, illegal drifting, burnouts or stunts on public roads, or in public or private car parks without the owner’s permission;
  • unauthorised “takeovers” or gatherings, or events meant to avoid the police;
  • a “cruise” or group ride that involves racing, speeding, stunts or breaking traffic rules on public roads;
  • events on land where the owner or organiser has not agreed;
  • any other activity that is unlawful or that clearly endangers people.

When you post an event you confirm that it takes place at a lawful location, that all permits and permissions needed to organise it are in place (including the agreement of the organiser and of the owner of the land, where needed) and that it complies with local law. If you learn that this is not true, or that a permit or permission was withdrawn, remove the event immediately.

We have zero tolerance for this. We remove such content, may suspend or close the account, and may pass information to the authorities when the law requires or allows it.

RevScen does not support events that are illegal or that encourage breaking the law, and does not endorse or encourage dangerous driving. Whether you take part in an event or watch it, you are responsible for your own conduct and safety, for following the organiser’s rules and for obeying the law.

6. Your content

“Content” means anything you add to the App: events, venue information, venue claims, votes, reports and messages to us.

You are responsible for your content. It must be true and accurate (place, date and time, price, type of event) and you must have the right to share it. Do not post:

  • false, misleading, duplicate, joke or test events, or spam;
  • content that is unlawful, hateful, threatening, harassing, defamatory or sexually explicit, or that glorifies violence;
  • personal data of other people, or anything that infringes someone’s rights (including copyright and trademarks);
  • anything that impersonates another person or organisation, contains malware or abuses the App (for example automated posting or scraping).

Events are visible to everyone who is signed in to the App, together with the place, time and price you enter. Do not put private information in event names.

You keep the rights to your content. You give us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, display and adapt it as needed to run the App and show it to its users. The licence ends when the content is removed, except for the permanent record described below and technical backups.

Event log. When you create or remove an event we also write a permanent record of it (event details, your account ID and the time). The record cannot be edited. We keep it to protect users, prevent abuse, handle complaints and defend legal claims. The Privacy Policy explains how long records are kept and what happens to them when an account is deleted.

Limits. Events can be published up to 12 months ahead, and each event can last up to 7 days. Do not try to get around these limits.

7. Reporting and moderation

We do not review content before it appears. We act on reports and on our own checks. Administrators authorised by us can add and remove events and venues anywhere in the world. Organisers we approve can add events anywhere in the world; our approval is not a check or endorsement of them or of their events.

How to report. Tap “Report this event” in the App, or e-mail info@revscen.app. For a written notice, please include: where the content is (event name, time, place); why you think it is illegal or breaks these Terms; and your name and e-mail address (not needed if the report is about sexual abuse or exploitation of children). Please send notices in good faith. We confirm receipt and tell you our decision.

What we may do. Remove or hide content, limit features, warn you, suspend or close your account, and report to the authorities. After a warning we may suspend accounts that regularly post manifestly illegal content or send manifestly unfounded reports.

Our explanation. If we remove content or restrict your account, we tell you, normally in the App or by e-mail: what we did; the facts and reasons (the law or the Term concerned); whether automated tools were involved (decisions are currently taken by people, not by automated tools); and how to appeal. We may delay or skip the explanation only where the law allows, where it would harm an investigation, or for spam.

Appeals. You can appeal within 6 months by e-mailing info@revscen.app and saying why you think the decision was wrong. A person will look at it again and answer without undue delay. Appealing does not affect your right to go to court.

8. Venue owners and organisers

If you add events or claim a venue for a business or organisation, you confirm that you may act for it, that your information is accurate and that you follow the laws that apply to you (for example on price information, permits and consumer protection).

We may verify ownership claims and approve or reject them. An approved owner can edit the opening hours, price information, website and notes of that venue. We may correct or remove venue data, and venue listings taken from public sources can be corrected on request.

RevScen does not process payments or tickets. Anything you sell or promise is between you and your customers.

If we plan to change or end your access as a business user, we tell you the reasons and give reasonable notice, normally 30 days, unless the law or a serious breach calls for faster action.

9. Price

RevScen is free of charge for users. Organisers can add and edit events free of charge. We may later offer paid extras for organisers and venues, for example featured events, an organiser or venue package, or a sponsor offer shown with an event. Their price and terms are shown before you buy, and nothing is charged without your agreement.

10. Sponsored and partner content

We may show sponsored or partner content in the future, for example offers from tyre shops, workshops or car washes that fit an event type. Such content will be clearly labelled (for example “Sponsored” or “Partner”) and will not look like a regular event listing. Showing partner content does not give the partner access to your personal data. We do not endorse partners, and any dealings are between you and them.

Today we do not show third-party ads and do not use advertising trackers. If that changes, we will update the Privacy Policy first and ask for your consent where the law requires it.

11. Location, notifications and other services

Location and notifications are optional. You can change the permissions in your phone’s settings; some features (such as nearby events and alerts) then work less well or not at all. Details are in the Privacy Policy.

The App uses services of other companies, for example Apple (Sign in with Apple, Apple Maps, the App Store), Google (Google Sign-In, Firebase) and the navigation apps you choose. Their own terms and privacy policies apply to those services, and we are not responsible for them.

12. Our rights and acceptable use

The App, its design, icons, the RevScen name and logo, the software and the compiled venue database belong to us or our licensors. We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App for its intended purpose, which is finding and sharing events. Business users may also use it to list their own venues and events.

Do not copy, resell or commercially exploit the App or its data; collect data in bulk (scraping, crawling, bots); build a competing database from it; reverse engineer the App, except where the law lets you do so regardless of this clause; bypass security or access limits; or interfere with the App or other users.

If you send us feedback or ideas, we may use them freely, without payment or credit.

13. Apple App Store

If you got the App from the Apple App Store, the following also applies:

  • These Terms are between you and us, not Apple. We, not Apple, are responsible for the App and its content.
  • The licence is limited to Apple devices that you own or control, as allowed by the App Store usage rules.
  • We, not Apple, are responsible for maintenance and support. Apple has no obligation to provide them.
  • If the App fails to meet a legal warranty, you may tell Apple, who will refund any purchase price. To the extent the law allows, Apple has no other warranty obligation.
  • We, not Apple, are responsible for claims about the App, including product liability, legal compliance, consumer protection and privacy claims, and for investigating and defending intellectual property claims.
  • You confirm that you are not in a country under a US government embargo or designated as a terrorist-supporting country, and that you are not on a US government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
  • You must also follow the terms of any third-party services you use with the App.
  • Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and, once you accept them, may enforce them against you.
  • Our name and address are at the top of these Terms.

14. Disclaimers and liability

Events are organised by third parties and take place outside our control. Motorsport and car events carry a risk of injury, death and damage to property. We are not responsible for what happens at or on the way to an event, for the acts or omissions of organisers, venue owners or other users, or for the accuracy, legality or safety of listings. We do not support events that are illegal or that encourage breaking the law and are not responsible for such events taking place. When we learn of them, we act as described in “Legal events only” and “Reporting and moderation”.

The App is provided “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we give no warranty that it will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that content is accurate.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for intent, gross negligence, death or personal injury caused by our fault, fraud, or anything else that cannot be excluded or limited by law, and nothing limits your mandatory consumer rights.

Subject to that, and to the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, business, data or goodwill. Our total liability to you for all claims relating to the App is limited to EUR 100 (for business users: the greater of EUR 100 and what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim).

You are responsible towards us and third parties for damage you cause by breaking these Terms or the law through your content or conduct, to the extent the law makes you liable.

15. Suspension, ending and deletion

You can stop using the App at any time and delete your account in the App (Settings, then Delete account) or by e-mail, as the Privacy Policy explains. Deleting your account removes your profile and the events you added. The permanent record of events is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.

We may suspend or close your account if you break these Terms or the law, if this is needed for security or to meet a legal duty, or if the account has been inactive for a long time. We explain our decisions as described in “Reporting and moderation”. We may also discontinue the App, with reasonable notice, normally 30 days.

Parts of these Terms that by their nature should continue (for example on the licence to content, liability and disputes) stay in force after your use ends.

16. General

If part of these Terms is invalid, the rest stays in force. Not enforcing a right is not a waiver of it. We may transfer our rights and duties to a successor of the business; you may not transfer yours without our consent. We are not liable for failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control.

We give notices in the App or by e-mail to the address linked to your account. You can contact us at info@revscen.app; we write in English or Estonian. This address is also our point of contact for authorities and for users under the EU Digital Services Act.

Supplement for users in the EU, EEA, UK and Switzerland

17. Your consumer rights

The mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you live continue to apply, and nothing in these Terms takes them away. RevScen is free of charge for users, so there is no price to refund and no withdrawal period to run. If you buy a paid extra, your consumer rights for paid services apply. You can stop using the App at any time.

18. Governing law and courts

These Terms are governed by Estonian law. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live. As a consumer you can bring a claim against us in the courts of Estonia or of the country where you live; we can bring a claim against you only in the courts of the country where you live. If you are a business user, the courts of Harju County, Tallinn, Estonia have jurisdiction.

19. Complaints and out-of-court dispute resolution

Please contact us first at info@revscen.app. We aim to reply within 14 days.

The EU online dispute resolution platform was closed in July 2025. You can still take a complaint to a consumer dispute body or consumer authority in your country. In Estonia this is the Consumer Disputes Committee (Tarbijavaidluste komisjon) at the Consumer Protection and Technical Regulatory Authority (TTJA, www.ttja.ee).

You can also complain about our compliance with the EU Digital Services Act to the Digital Services Coordinator of Estonia (TTJA) or of the country where you live.

20. Data protection

Your data protection rights, and your right to complain to a supervisory authority, are described in the Privacy Policy.

Supplement for users in the United States

21. Governing law

These Terms are governed by Estonian law, except that the US Federal Arbitration Act governs the arbitration clause below. Mandatory consumer protection laws of your state of residence that cannot be waived still apply.

22. Informal resolution first

Before you start a claim, send a written description of the problem to info@revscen.app and give us 30 days to try to resolve it.

23. Binding individual arbitration

Any dispute between you and us that is not resolved informally will be settled by binding arbitration on an individual basis, administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules (www.adr.org). The arbitration can be held by video, phone or written submissions; any in-person hearing takes place in the county where you live unless you and we agree otherwise. We pay all arbitration fees above the filing fee the AAA rules require you to pay.

Either side may bring an individual claim in small claims court instead, and either side may go to court to stop infringement or misuse of intellectual property.

24. No class actions

To the extent the law allows, you and we may bring claims only in an individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any class, collective or representative action. If this clause is found to be unenforceable, the arbitration clause above does not apply.

25. Opting out of arbitration

You may opt out of arbitration and the class action waiver within 30 days of first accepting these Terms by e-mailing info@revscen.app with the subject “Arbitration opt-out” and the e-mail address of your account. If you opt out, claims go to the courts described below.

26. Courts

Claims that are not arbitrated may be brought in the courts of Harju County, Estonia or, if the law gives you that right, in the courts where you live.

27. Disclaimer and limit of liability

THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, AND OUR TOTAL LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO USD 100. Some states do not allow some of these limits, so they may not apply to you.

28. Indemnity

To the extent the law allows, you will defend and compensate us against third-party claims, losses and reasonable costs arising from your content or from your breach of these Terms, including the rules in “Legal events only”.

29. Copyright notices

If you believe content in the App infringes your copyright, send a notice to info@revscen.app that includes: (1) your physical or electronic signature; (2) identification of the copyrighted work; (3) identification and location of the material; (4) your contact details; (5) a statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorised by the owner, its agent or the law; and (6) a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised to act for the owner. We may remove the material and tell the person who posted it, who may send a counter-notice. We close the accounts of repeat infringers.

30. California notice

California residents: under California Civil Code section 1789.3, you may report complaints to the Complaint Assistance Unit of the Division of Consumer Services of the California Department of Consumer Affairs, 1625 North Market Blvd., Suite N 112, Sacramento, CA 95834, or by telephone at (800) 952-5210.

Supplement for users in the rest of the world

31. Governing law and courts

These Terms are governed by Estonian law, excluding its conflict-of-law rules. Disputes are decided by the courts of Harju County, Tallinn, Estonia. If you are a consumer and the mandatory law of the country where you live gives you protection, or the right to bring proceedings in your own courts, that is not affected.

32. Local law

You are responsible for following the laws of the place where you use the App. Events and activities that are lawful in one country may be unlawful in another. We do not promise that the App is lawful or suitable to use in every country.

33. Complaints

Please contact us first at info@revscen.app. We aim to reply within 14 days.
